Research

I am currently working with deep learning methods applied to biomedical images to detect COVID-19 on chest Computational Tomography (CT) scans. In addition, I am working with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to produce a high-resolution image using a low-resolution input. My past experiences include but are not limited to cell segmentation and classification, facial spoofing detection, classification of EEMG signals and processing of multimodal and multispectral UAV imagery.
